This RealScenery End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal AGREEMENT between you and Rose of the Winds, which operates RealScenery. By installing, or otherwise using any RealScenery product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. RealScenery scenery packages are distributed as a single computer usage license. The user purchases one license to use on one computer. Any RealScenery package may be installed on multiple computers, but simultaneous use of RealScenery packages is limited to the number of licenses purchased. RealScenery grants you, the end user, the following rights: 1. To use these images within the X-Plane Flight Simulator. 2. To use the scenery images to replace the existing X-Plane scenery textures. 3. To make one backup copy of each purchased RealScenery package, provided your backup copy is not installed or used on any computer. All files included in this package are the copyright of RealScenery. REALSCENERY PACKAGES ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ROSE OF THE WINDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SCENERY DATA WITH THE X-PLANE FLIGHT SIMULATER FROM LAMINAR RESEARCH, OR ANY OTHER USE OF THE SCENERY IMAGES OUTSIDE OF THEIR INDENDED USE AS A SCENERY EXTENSION FOR THE X-PLANE FLIGHT SIMULATOR.
